    I suggest we include Kate Darling’s research. Her accessible text is The New Breed, which equates potential AI systems to animals.

    So we have an elephant in the room. We have a diverse group of folks with different expertise and opinions but the folks who specialize in a particular area and have decades of experience are given equal weight with everyone else. This is in my humble opinion a mistake. This is not my area of expertise. Weight my opinions accordingly please.

    Today is Juneteenth...which represents the structural enforcement of freedom on the ground for slaves in the US.... It sparks the question about 'personhood of AI' as we think about a constitution for AI. if our AI constitution is only about humans, are we setting up a future Juneteenth for AI Agents? or is there consensus that AI agents will never have the same rights as humans (since they are machines)?
